A 6 month graduate development programme offering comprehensive training to  UAE Nationals who have completed a higher diploma or a bachelor’s degree in various fields.

• Summer Trainees:  A summer vacation programme during July & August.  Trainees are provided positions in various departments depending on manpower requirement. 
• Work placement: An opportunity for TECOM Investments to train college students to experience  the real work  environment, and support them to apply their skills in the field of their specialization. 

During the work placement,  students are assigned projects by the respective department. 

Fursati

Fursati’ aims at developing and fast tracking UAE Nationals candidates. Targeting Diploma level graduates as much as High School certificate holders, the programme puts a lot of emphasis on development for a complete year before pushing the candidate through the ranks.
