Dubai Biotechnology and Research Park (DuBiotech) aims to foster the growth of the emerging life sciences industry in the UAE for a more sustainable economy. The Free Zone offers unique services including regulatory affairs management, partner development, registration and licensing, leasing, and government services, to facilitate the growth of the local and international companies operating in DuBiotech. In addition, the zone offers world-class infrastructure alongside cutting-edge research and development facilities specifically designed and built for the fields of biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical and scientific devices, industrial biotech, food, and agricultural industries.
Since its launch in 2005 DuBiotech has rapidly grown into a community of 146 life sciences companies. These include Pfizer, Genzyme, Merck-Serono, Amgen, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Maquet, National Reference Lab, Firmenich and IFF.

  • Land on long-term lease: 50 years leasable Industrial land for construction of factories and complexes, and 99 year free-hold leasable commercial land for construction of hotels and retail infrastructure
  • Storage Facilities: 10 million square feet state-of-the-art warehousing and storage facilities for cold, chemical, and general storage as well as light industrial use. Open storage yards and showrooms equipped with back side storage.
  • Office Space: Over 350,000 square feet spread across four modern buildings in a core-and-shell set up.
