Launched in 2007 as a sister company to Dubai Internet City, Dubai Outsource Zone caters to a range of shared services organisations, such as airlines, banks and hospitality companies, as well as business process outsourcing (BPOs), HR outsourcing, IT outsourcing, back office and call centre operations. Over 74 companies are currently in operation in the zone, including Emirates, Serco, Interglobe, Genpact and L&T Infotech.
