Seminar Highlights Management and Technology Trends in Print Media

Dubai:  6 November, 2008 – The International Media Production Zone (IMPZ), a member of TECOM Investments, sponsored the second edition of Heidelberg Print Media Academy (PMA) Winter University held in Dubai Knowledge Village from 26-30 October. The Winter University’s pioneering edition in 2004 was held in Dubai, followed by Brazil and Malaysia.
The seminar drew the participation of technical and managerial executives from the global print media industry, including Australia, India, Germany, Nigeria, South Africa, and the UAE. 
Martina Brand, Head of the Print Media Academy – International Business Training and Marketing at Heidelberg, led the sessions that acquainted decision makers with practical management expertise on business strategies, innovative production processes, and industry developments.
The seminar addressed topics in lean printing aspects, as well as management and personal skill development for executives in the printing and publishing industry.
