ENPARK, Dubai Studio City and PTL Solar to Jointly Install Solar Power Flag to Commemorate 38th UAE National Day
The Energy and Environment Park (ENPARK), a sustainable community model for commercial and residential use and a member of TECOM Investments, today announced it will commemorate the 38th UAE National Day in collaboration with Dubai Studio City (DSC), and PTL Solar by donating a solar powered flag to the UAE.
The 1.5-metre height and three-metre long flag is powered by colored Solar Photovoltaic Module array, with photosensitive semiconductor devices made of photovoltaic cells assembled in modules. The specially designed and manufactured colored PV module when put together resembles the UAE flag and will generate more than 1 MW a year. It will be displayed at the Butterfly Roundabout at the entrance to Dubai Media City, a member of TECOM Investments.
