Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is our obligation to consider the interests of customers, employees, shareholders, communities, and the environment in every aspect of the corporation’s operations, in addition, to applying the principles of sustainable development.

In the social sphere, TECOM Investments demonstrates its commitment to its immediate community through initiatives such as annual blood donation drives, breast cancer   awareness campaigns, employing people with special needs and setting up programmes and sponsorships in support of good causes.

This commitment to be socially responsible extends even to its most important stakeholders – employees, who are provided with manifold opportunities for professional and personal empowerment. This is extended further through special emphasis on workplace healthy and safety and through specially structured benefits programme. 

On the environmental front, TECOM Investments is equally committed through implementing LEED Certification and Green Building standards in most of the emerging zones and spearheading awareness campaigns and initiatives in recycling. 

In 2006, TECOM Investments became the first company in the Middle East to adopt a Sustainable Development Policy. A Sustainable Energy and Environment Division (SEED) was established to implement TECOM Investments’ success in structuring a policy focused  on electricity and water savings,  LEED Certified Buildings, sustainability awareness and procurement policies.
